Ingredients
- 2 avocados
- 1/8 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tbsp. finely chopped white onion
- 1 tbsp. minced fresh jalapeño, no seeds
- 1/4 cup Jake’s Mesquite Smoked Almonds; coarsely chopped*
- 3 tbsp. bleu cheese crumbles
- 2 tsp. fresh lime juice
- Kosher salt
- Jake’s Bleu Cheese Cracked Pepper Almonds; coarsely chopped for garnish*
Instructions
- Halve and remove the pits of the avocados. Use a spoon to scoop the avocado into a bowl.
- Mash the avocado gently with a fork, leaving some chunks.
- Add the mesquite smoked almonds, cilantro, onions, jalapeño, 2 tbsp of bleu cheese crumbles, and 2 tsp. of lime juice.
- Season to taste with more lime juice and salt.
- Garnish with the crushed bleu cheese, almonds, and remaining 1 tbsp of bleu cheese crumbles.
