Buffalo Chicken Flatbread

Juicy diced chicken tossed in tangy buffalo sauce lays the foundation, topped with melty mozzarella and baked to perfection on a crisp flatbread crust. But the real game-changer? Ingredients

  • 2 Flatbreads; 14.5 ounce of equivalent
  • 2 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1/3 cup Buffalo Wing Sauce
  • 1 ½ cup Cooked Chicken; diced  
  • 1 ½ cup Mozzarella Cheese; shredded
  • 1/3 cup Bleu Cheese Dressing
  • 1/3 cup Green Onions; sliced for topping
  • Buffalo Almonds; crushed for topping*

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Place flatbreads on baking pan and brush the edges lightly with olive oil.
  3. Bake the flatbreads for 5 minutes until warmed.
  4. Remove from the oven and spread the buffalo sauce evenly over both flatbreads. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and then the diced chicken. Drizzle bleu cheese on top.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are slightly browned. To brown the tops, place under the broiler on high for the last 1-2 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven. Sprinkle with sliced green onions, crushed Buffalo almonds, and additional buffalo sauce if desired.
