Ingredients
- 2 Flatbreads; 14.5 ounce of equivalent
- 2 tsp Olive Oil
- 1/3 cup Buffalo Wing Sauce
- 1 ½ cup Cooked Chicken; diced
- 1 ½ cup Mozzarella Cheese; shredded
- 1/3 cup Bleu Cheese Dressing
- 1/3 cup Green Onions; sliced for topping
- Buffalo Almonds; crushed for topping*
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
- Place flatbreads on baking pan and brush the edges lightly with olive oil.
- Bake the flatbreads for 5 minutes until warmed.
- Remove from the oven and spread the buffalo sauce evenly over both flatbreads. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and then the diced chicken. Drizzle bleu cheese on top.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are slightly browned. To brown the tops, place under the broiler on high for the last 1-2 minutes.
- Remove from oven. Sprinkle with sliced green onions, crushed Buffalo almonds, and additional buffalo sauce if desired.
