Bacon Bleu Cheese Ball

A rich and savory cheese ball featuring smooth cream cheese, sharp cheddar, tangy bleu cheese crumbles, fresh chives, and smoky bacon bits, all hand-rolled in crunchy Bleu Cheese Cracked Pepper Almonds for a bold, flavorful crust. Perfect for serving with crackers, pretzels, or fresh vegetables at any gathering.

Ingredients

• 2 pkg Cream Cheese; softened
• ½ cup Bacon Bits
• ½ cup Bleu Cheese Crumbles
• 1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese; shredded
• 1 tbsp Chives; diced
• ¼ cup Bleu Cheese Cracked Pepper Almonds; chopped

Instructions

1. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bleu cheese crumbles, chives and bacon bits.
2. Place mixture onto a sheet of plastic wrap, and mold into a ball.
3. Place in the freezer for about 30 minutes to set.
4. Remove from freezer and roll ball into the chopped Bleu Cheese Almonds.
5. Serve with crackers or vegetables.
