Dill Pickle Cream Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Cream Cheese; softened
  • 2/3 cup Dill Pickles; diced
  • 1 ½ tbsp Pickle Juice
  • ¼ cup Brine & Dill Almonds; chopped
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Dill; finely chopped
  • Red Pepper Flakes; to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, diced dill pickles, pickle juice, Brine & Dill almonds, and fresh dill.
  2. Using a flat spatula, fold the cream cheese until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  3. Add red pepper flakes.
  4. Serve right away on a bagel, crackers or use as a dip.
